Located in Paget Parish, Elbow Beach Hotel is one of the finest hotels in Bermuda having its own private beach. The hotel offers a number of comprehensive wedding packages along with full services. The wedding location can be the Ocean Terrace with panoramic views of Atlantic or the hotel's private sandy beach.

Nostalgic bermuda: This wedding package is themed on traditional Bermuda weddings and available Sunday through Friday only.

Package includes:

Welcome Amenities for Bride and Groom, Dedicated Wedding Services Manager, Site Fee for Ceremony and Reception, Set Up Fees, Special Linens and Napkins, Complimentary Welcome Drink, Complimentary Wedding Night with Breakfast for Two, Couples Massage Gift Certificate, Traditional Bride and Grooms’ Cakes, One Cedar Sapling, Bermudian Favorites Menu, Photographer for 3 hours and 10 Sepia Prints and Commemorative Champagne Flutes

Elbow Beach Ocean Terrace

The rate for the package is USD 100 per person and does not include accommodation. Per person price applies to wedding parties with a minimum of 50 people. Package price does not include gratuities or bar service costs. The hotel offers an indoor back up location in case of inclement weather.

All Food & Beverage is subject to a 17% gratuities. Site Fee is separate - USD 2,500 for 9 rooms or less / USD 1,500 for 10 rooms or more.

Eternity Wedding Package

The Package includes:

Minister to Perform Ceremony, Classical Violinist or Classical Guitarist to perform during ceremony (1 hour), Seasonal Bridal Bouquet and Groom’s Boutonnière, Ceremony Set Up (Guest Chairs), Professional Photographer (1 hour) with photos provided on CD, Cocktail Reception Entertainment – Bermuda Steel Pan Drummer, 1 Hour Staffed Open Bar Cocktail Reception, Hand Passed Canapé’s Served During Cocktail Reception, Dedicated Wedding Services Manager to Assist with Event Coordination, Cocktail Reception Set Up (Cocktail High Boys / Linens/ Decoration), Dedicated Bartender, free Elbow Beach wedding site.

The package Price: USD 5,000

Package is based on a minimum additional Food & Beverage Guarantee of USD 1,000. The Price applies to wedding parties with a maximum of 20 people.

Pre-arranged Airport Transfers – USD 65 (4 to 5 guests per one way van, with luggage)

Elbow Beach Gift Bag on Arrival – USD 55 (can be customized)

Welcome Reception at Beach, Poolside Restaurant or Ocean Terrace – USD 145

Price includes Barbeque Buffet, Tikki torches, bonfire (if on beach location only), tables & chairs, linens & napkins, table decorations and set up and location fees, Staffed open bar (3 hours) including assorted sodas & juices, selection of beers, house wines by the glass and Bermuda Rum Swizzles.

Bridal Party Hair & Make-up - Basic Package starts from USD 225

Wedding Ceremony Setup (at the beach, Alamanda Gardens or Ocean Terrace) – USD 12

Price includes white folding chairs, set up fee, rose petals on aisle, chilled bottled waters as guests arrive to ceremony location.

Wedding Cocktail Reception – USD 50

Wedding Reception – USD 100

Price includes 4 course plated menu including dessert or wedding cake, Banquet tables & chairs, linens, napkins, chair covers with sashes, personalized menus and set up fees

Post Wedding Brunch at the beach, Alamanda Gardens or Ocean Terrace – USD 45
