Bermuda Festival of Performing Arts

Bermuda festival for performing arts is an annual event held between January and March every year.

During this time, the island becomes an international hub of cultural exchange.

Performing artists from all over the world come down and participate in this event and cater to a diverse range of audience.

So if you happen to be in Bermuda during this time, don't miss it. This event is now some three decades old and has become a part of Bermuda's cultural tradition.
It first began when the great violinist late Menuhin worked with the Governor of Bermuda and launched the festival first time in 1976.

Over the years, the festival has lived up to its original design and philosophy. Initially the focus was mainly on music, but with time, the event started covering a diversified and now an entire range of performing arts from world renowned artists.

The Festival’s 'Outreach' Program provides special performances and workshop opportunities for school students. These learning sessions are delivered by the festival performers while they are present in island.
