A Favorite Restaurant in Bermuda

This goes back many years ago but I can honestly say the best lobster thermidor I have ever had was at the Ariel Sands in Calabans.

We are cruising to Bermuda in late September this year and I wish Calabans was still open.

Hi Nancy, Great to get your message. I haven't tried the lobsters at Ariel Sands. Unfortunately, do not know if I'd ever get that chance. Airel Sands has closed down in Jan 2008 and will be completely demolished.

The owners will rebuild a condo hotel and resort. The project is likely to take 3-4 years. I am sure you will find great alternatives.
