This pink colored Bermuda guest house is one of the oldest buildings in the island. Little Pomander was constructed some 400 years ago.

Located in Paget Parish and and quite close to city of Hamilton, this guest house sits on a quiet one-way residential street that edges along a narrow inlet of Hamilton harbor.

From the rooms, garden and terraces, you get a wonderful view of the harbor. The Bermuda Underwater Exploration Institute (BUEI) can also be seen from this property across the waters.

The backside of the cottage has a lawn looking over the water to town. There are lawn chairs set out and there is a provision for barbecue. There is wi-fi internet access available in the rooms.

While the rooms are slightly aging, all are clean and quite spacious. The rooms come with private bathrooms, cable TVs, microwave, fridge, telephone, clock radio and air conditioning. Most of the rooms have views of the water. some rooms have fireplaces.

The house has a large garden and summer terrace with chairs. You can sit here and watch the boats and cruise ships pass by in Hamilton Harbor.

Continental breakfast is included as part of the rate and is served in the common dining room.

The dining room is nicely furnished with floral patterned curtains and upholstered chairs.

Nearby places include the the Pomander Gate Tennis Club which is just a short walk away, Waterville, the Bermuda Botanical Gardens and Paget Marsh. There are two nearby cycle rental shops: Eve’s Cycles and Oleander Cycles.

Elbow beach and the Belmont Hills Golf Club are about a 5 minute drive from the guest house.
