Erith Guest House is actually an old Bermuda Home which has been renovated to one of Bermuda's newest Guest Houses. It was opened in June 2003.

The property consists of seven rooms, a one bedroom suite, swimming pool and Jacuzzi hot tub.

All of the eight guest rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, cable television, telephone, internet access point, microwave oven, coffee and tea, an iron, hair dryer and a refrigerator.

The Superior Rooms also have a kitchenette, private entrance and patio. There is also a one bedroom suite with a full kitchenette and a private balcony. All ground floor units have private entrances.

Breakfast is included in the rates, which is prepackaged muffins, bagels with cream cheese (sometimes), toast, cinnamon rolls (sometimes), a fruit salad (simple but delicious), apples and bananas, and coffee.

The swimming pool is small and is in the back side overlooking Pomander Gate Tennis Club. Towels are provided. It's quiet and you can mostly have the pool to yourselves. You can even carry the towels to the beaches.

Erith is on a quiet one-way street (Pomander Rd) just off a busy street that goes into the capital city Hamilton. It's a 15 min walk to Hamilton, which works well for walking down to the city easily to sightsee, eat, pick up groceries or catching the ferry. The guest house is also close to the Oleander Scooter rental place. It takes about 15 min by scooter to get to Horseshoe Beach, 25-30 min to get to Dockyard and 25-30 min to get to St George.

Rates:

During summer season (Apr - Nov), double occupancy rate for standard room is $175, superior room $195, and 1-bedroom Suit $250. Winter rates are $140, $155 and $200 respectively.

Extra adult $40.00, extra Child (under 15) $20.00. Government Tax 7.25%, Service Charge 10%. Cancellation requires 21 days notice prior to scheduled arrival otherwise the deposit will be forfeited.

Rates include Continental breakfast.
