Bermuda Weather in May
May is when the summer starts in Bermuda. This is the month when the temperature rises and generally stays between an average high of 75 degree Fahrenheit to a low of 68 degree. The water temperature also jumps to 74 degree. This is the month when many Bermudians take their first dip into water in the year. However, the humidity also starts rising and can be well over 80% on certain days. So it can be unpleasantly warm at times.

Bermuda Public events in May
Colorful festive celebrations on Front Street at Hamilton known as Harbor Nights usually starts in the month of May and is held on every Wednesday. Bermuda Day, held towards the end of the month with colorful parades and other activities, draws large number of spectators and marks the beginning of summer in the island. Other weekly events include the street market known as Olde Town Market on certain days of week at St. George's, and many activities & events at Royal Naval Dockyard (Cruise Port area).
