Bermuda Marathon Weekend

This is an annual three day running event held in Bermuda. It is held each January over the Martin Luther King Holiday weekend. The event was earlier known as the Bermuda International Race Weekend. Bermuda Department of Tourism and KPMG are the usual sponsors of the event.
While it includes several activities like walks and races over three days, the main event is on the last day where a half marathon and a full marathon takes place.
Hundreds of runners from both Bermuda and overseas countries participate in this event. The full marathon is a 13.1 mile course (with two laps or loops). The half marathon runners complete only one lap of the course. Usually the marathons start and end at the HSBC Head Office on Front Street, Hamilton City. The following schedule of events will give you an idea about the various activities that take place on different days of Bermuda Marathon Weekend.
