Located in Warwick Parish and part of the
Surf Side Beach Club, the new Aqua restaurant provides a romantic atmosphere away from the crowd. The restaurant has a cliff side terrace which is ideal for watching the sunset over the ocean as you dine. The dinner here starts at 6pm.
There is also inside seating. The dining room of Aqua is done up a in garden setting with plants all around. There are large French doors that open out to the terrace outside. So what are the best dishes to order at the Aqua? The menu here is not too elaborate. However the food, essentially Bermudian cuisine, is quite nice and prepared with unique flavors. The Bermuda Fish chowder, a thick soup laced with black rum and sherry pepper can be a great way to start.

If you like sea food, then try out black linguine tossed with scallops, shrimp, clams and mussels and served in a light white wine sauce. Alternatively you can try the other popular dishes like the wild salmon, tuna, or groupers.
Desserts like the Rum Cake (a Bermuda specialty) with rum and raisin ice cream is really great.
The restaurant prefers reservation. During the winter time the restaurant usually remains closed.
