Located inside one of the best luxury resorts of Bermuda
The Reefs, Royston complements the reputation of the resort being one of the great places to dine in the island. This is a formal restaurant that has come up following the recent renovation at The Reefs. The grand Fireplace, the rich wood furnishing and Chandeliers provide a classy elegant ambience for a candlelit dinner.
A great thing about this restaurant is its open kitchen where you can see the chef preparing the exotic dishes. Royston’s boasts of innovative dishes. While the menu is exhaustive, here are some great dishes that our favorites: For starters try out the beef carpaccio in white truffle oil or the lobster bisque. For entrees, some of the great dishes are chef’s fresh daily choice of Surf and Turf, Aussie Braised Lamb Shank, the beef Wellington in a truffle sauce and Lobster Ravioli.
Another chef’s special and one of the top dishes here is oven roasted Cornish hen with a tinge of Bermuda rum and served with pasta steamed with meat and vegetable stew.
The restaurant offers an extensive wine list. There is a bar with many choices of cocktails and drinks. There is also a wine room which can be booked for private parties and has over 1000 bottles of wine in rich mahogany storage.
Update June 2013: The restaurant has been recently revamped and turned into a gourmet grill type of dining place having a casual yet sophisticated ambience. There has been an introduction of wood fired pizza oven, an open show kitchen etc, and the large oven has been decorated with mosaic art to give an exiting look. Menu includes handmade Angus beef burgers, grilled rock fish, thin crusted pizzas, kebabs, grilled items, selection of salads and lot more.
The dress code at the Royston’s is smart casual. While jackets are preferred for men, but not essential. Credits cards are accepted and reservation is recommended.

Royston’s serves dinner between 6:30pm - 10pm.
