So what kind of food should you try out here? For starters, the scallops are delicious and served pan seared with two pieces one inclining on the other and dressed with greens. They look fabulous. Well there are many other delectable appetizers including lobsters with mango.
In main courses, the fresh local fish is probably the best bet if you like fish or seafood. Try out pan-seared yellowtail snapper with butternut squash, or one of the grilled swordfish, wahoo, or salmon. If you like meat, some of the great dishes to choose from would be grilled dry-aged Angus beef and blackened stripped loin. Another great menu item is the Foie gras au torchon with cognac cherries and chocolate brioche. In desserts, milk shake & donuts (with Coffee Ice Cream, Hazelnut Mousse) are some of the best choices.
