Garden Club of Bermuda
Garden club was established in 1921 to encourage interest in horticulture and floral design, and also to help in conservation of natural resources in the island. The club offers memberships and holds a monthly general meeting. Members are involved in various activities like fruit, vegetable and flower gardening, floral art, conservation, education and civic improvements. There is a library at the boardroom at the Horticulture hall which can be accessed by the members.
There is also a Garden Shop which sells club pins, books and various gardening items. It's a nice place to pick up gifts. It stays open during the monthly meetings at the Horticulture Hall. Garden Club of Bermuda organizes private garden tours at nominal charges for groups. This tour is complimentary to the members and those who are affiliated to the club.
